- First and foremost, this is a one person business and everything is made by hand.
- Because we are a small business and everything is handmade to order, ALL sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing any custom orders.
- Turn around time on all custom orders is 2 weeks. Any other items listed on my website will be completed within the TAT listed on the welcome bar of this website.
- If you need your order sooner, we offer a "rush my order" option for an additional cost. This option can be found in the footer menu at the bottom of this website.
- For all shipped orders, if your order is damaged or lost once it is in the hands of USPS, you may file a claim with USPS directly through their website to receive a reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products due to mistakes made by USPS.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not tolerate passive aggression/disrespect.
