Policies

We realize that without our wonderful customers we would not be where we are now. With that being said, we are so thankful for each and every one of you and are so happy you're here! These policies are put into place solely to make things easier for all parties involved as we continue to grow! We hope you understand!
  • First and foremost, this is a one person business and everything is made by hand.
  • Because we are a small business and everything is handmade to order, ALL sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing any custom orders.
  • Turn around time on all custom orders is 2 weeks. Any other items listed on my website will be completed within the TAT listed on the welcome bar of this website.
  • If you need your order sooner, we offer a "rush my order" option for an additional cost. This option can be found in the footer menu at the bottom of this website. 
  • For all shipped orders, if your order is damaged or lost once it is in the hands of USPS, you may file a claim with USPS directly through their website to receive a reimbursement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products due to mistakes made by USPS.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not tolerate passive aggression/disrespect.
